Divided into 3 parts (1 connections between thoughts/feelings and look at meaning of trauma. 2 write about their traumatic experiences to identify stuck points. 3 examine thoughts and feelings about trauma and feel control over the situation) Patients and therapists work together (collaborative and safe environment) Practice assignments/worksheets given to patients to express themselves and face their fears. Dissociative identity disorder = known as multiple personality disorder. Ptsd and asd are examples of anxiety disorders.
