This is the area of most stress: emotional adjustment. Its really stress full, can cause poor health, Physical health: higher rates of mortality and illness, remarriage, you are more likely to get a divorce. You have to learn how to establish a good marriage. You have to learn how to get along to your inlaws. You have to learn how to adjust to preganancy. This is a time of happiness in the marriage: childbearing families (oldest child birth -30months) Older men are able to transition better in this stage, they understand that their life is going to change.
