Jobs: upper management such as enterprenouner, lawyers: conventional. Jobs that require socializing, relationship oriented: agentic professions = me. Gender-wage gap: women choose to do jobs that don"t pay as much as male-dominated occupations, however, at some jobs women do as much work as a male and they still get paid less.
