Sense perceptions are the only way of learning about the world. There is a clear division between subject and object. We can all can come to common truths. Interested more in domestic politics, especially 19th century era. Era of people working in factories, child labour, etc. Means of production: all the things you need to produce: machines, factories, land, etc. relations of production: bourgeoisie expands the prolitetariant superstructure maintains and legitimates the base. All of these ideas are going to be biased by the bottom base. Economic development is the motor of history (economic determinism) If you have different type of economy, you will have different ideas and views and values.
