Forms of power: force, persuasion, authority, coercion, manipulation. Where does the power come from: comes from many people that support hat person, power is no longer there without the support. Who gives authority: traditional born into power, legal process and ruling, charismatic based on their attitudes. Physiological needs: the basic needs to survive. Safety needs: to be safe at home and at work. You need to be safe, safe in society, against terrorists, safety has been a staple for war. Esteem needs: recognition, understanding that society has rights. Self-actualization: going beyond being recognized as a minority or being worthy of respect but be at the table of politics.
