Planning is the nurses behaviours in which you set client centered goals, plan outcomes, plan interventions and pick which one that you are going to use. Client centered goal: specific and measureable is the clients highest level of health to be reached. Nursing sensitive client outcome: as an individual, family or community behaviours or perception that is measurable along a continuum in response to a nursing intervention guidelines for writing goals and expected outcomes. Client goal or outcome: reflect client responses.
