I believe the clearfit assessment did not give accurate insight into my overall strength and traits. The only trait i believed resonated with me was innovativeness. Problem solving is something i love to do and finding new solutions for past problems is one of my strengths. What surprised me is that the report listed preference for structure as one of my top traits. I possess the complete opposite of that trait. I prefer more of an unstructured working environment. I do not like rules or organizational hierarchy, which is why my future career will be to be self-employed. Having an open environment allows me to be more innovative and does not put restrictions on any of my work. Another trait i believe is not one of my strengths is interest in data. When looking at data i prefer it to be more straight forward rather than trying to find the meaning being the data.
