Culture & change steward: ability to appreciate, help shape, & articulate an organization"s corporate culture, employee engagement the emotional & intellectual involvement of employees in their work. Business ally: play a role in environment scanning which involves identifying & analyzing external opportunities & threats that may be crucial to the organization"s success. Labour market issues: higher overall level of education, but higher level of functional illiteracy.
