December 4 at 11:30 am gym (kerr hall west) Section a: multiple choice: 50 questions worth mark each total 25 marks, application and knowledge-based questions, chapter after the midterm exam. Section b: case study: one case study will be presented, answer 3 of 5 questions in the space provided 10 marks per question. Motivation: understand the various models and theories of motivation, be able to apply specific theories to a case. Power and influence: able to understand and identify the relevant sources of power and influence tactics, reactions to power. Leadership: analyze the leadership style using a particular leadership model, how to improve leadership given the circumstances. Conflict: how do you reduce conflict and be able to identify sources of conflict, conflict management styles. Change: understand the impact of change on individuals and organizations, use of change models and analysis. Answer the entire question, as some may have two parts to the question.
