Secion 13 (2. 1) of the consumer packaging and labelling act- represents an atempt to compromise for business running through a dwelling house (residenial house with business ) Secion 8 of the charter everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure. Should be separaion of business and personal at home. Inspectors can walk right in to your business premises unannounced.
