Corporation engage a multitude of diff types of activities which are financing, investing, and operating. Liability : is an obligation of a business and can tke many diff forms. When a company borrows money at abank it will be called note payable. When a company sells bonds the obligation is a bond payable. Amounts owed to gov are called tax payable. Capital stock: indicates the owner contributions to a corporation. Some one who buys shares at a company is called a shareholder.
