Summary of projects: projects are typically, complex and numerous activities: complexity measured with the number of resources, people and time. They get complex with more people and resources: unique - a one-time set of events, finite - with a begin and end date, involve limited resources and budget: if infinite we do as we please. Ten major causes of project failure: lack of interest beyond the project team: majority of the members wanted to go to that place but maybe a few people had to interest in that area at all. An when we do that we make mistakes. Difficult issues to deal with because generates a lot of frustrations into members that are working.
