Is quality an important consideration in the area of operation: we expect quality that is inherent to our expectations but price is a determinant, because we want good quality things for lower price. We have a blended approach of quality and our perception of quality. Most consumers will say quality is a relative concept at opposed to absolute concept. However, it survived they use their consumer base to figure out the problem. Consumers kindly pointed the problem out and at the times computers were relatively new and it was ok. But if that happened with apple, their share prices would go down. Exceeding our expectation is different: when products exceed our expectations, we call this a robust product. Exceeds what the manufacture states the function of the product is. In order to be productive, you need to be adopt better methods and learning.
