Transacional leadership: someone who directs the eforts of others through tasks, rewards, and structure. Transformaional leadership: someone who is truly inspiraional as a leader and who arouses others to seek extraordinary performance accomplishments. The ability of people to manage themselves and their relaionships efecively.
