John torre chose to run the election and then rob ford stood for election saying he has a responsibility towards his people. Previous politician had no business experience to manage the taxpayer money. Ford"s argument was he is only one who can stop to wasteful of taxpayer money. Only councilman who did business without using taxpayer"s at city hall. It means only millionaire can run the city not a regular person.
