Tenacity refers to the persists in the lives of some people and an issue within the country itself. The efforts that have been made are still not enough to help the rates of child poverty it will always be amongst us. Agencies and organizations in canada measure poverty in many different ways. Stats canada low income cut-offs often cited the most because it is a measurement that is used to determine people that fall below the cut-off. Lines of income inequality developed by canadian council on social development. Finding a definition is immensely complex problem to measure and is founded on various simplifying assumptions. Poverty rates vary greatly from place to place, decade to decade and house hold to house hold. Measurement comes from stats canadas annual survey of family expenditures.
