Common issues that are of concern include: complexity of residents varies between units and sites. I know that you are hoping to be able to practice as many skills as possible. I encourage you to speak with your clinical instructor if this is a real concern for you. I"m hoping that you will be able to work with your clinical instructor and the unit staff to create as many learning experiences as possible. Issue which will be incorporated into their reflective analysis assignment; due in week # 4: continue writing scenarios, of what was observed on the unit today that was good, in your journal of our experience here. Clinical reflection will be due clinical day 4 .
