Thinking about practice requires reflection on the nature of practice. Ontology: belief systems represented by language and models and frameworks: theory is everything because it drives the way we practice, everyone has a theory whether they know it or not. How you work is informed by something (a theory). Relational is a politicized word, more people get some care than others: we have to be political and relational, we cannot be objective, it"s impossible because we are coming with our lived experience and our bias. Case plans have to be objective but they"re not they are wrapped in politics, power, and bias. If you say something is at-risk you can justify the systematic oppression and discrimination: change the language, say under-served then your actions change.
