The different forms of ip (copyright, patents, industrial designs etc. The utilitarian and natural law underpinnings of ip; Production, protection and, above all, strategic thinking about ip generation are central to ci business models; That ip exists to promote innovation and creative activity by regulating limited monopolies to creators over the products of their minds. What would happen if you had a policy framework designed to grant a monopoly right to creators and then, a technology developed that: People felt like they were entitled to the products or info and shapeshift it to be able to use the(cid:373)sel(cid:448)es . It was impossible to regulate the internet bc it was impossible to apply laws to it.
