(cid:863: techne: Ex// playing an instrument and knowing all the notes (cid:862)what effe(cid:272)t did i ha(cid:448)e? (cid:863) Technocratic model: that the best technology exists and will come out to help the world. In reality, technology exists but is not communicated effectively, and thus, does not allow certain ideas to be presented to the world. Episte(cid:373)e: (cid:862)to k(cid:374)o(cid:449)(cid:863) typically abstract scientific principles.
