Disability: disablement is often the result of interactions, individual characteristics, genetic, environmental, social experiences, poverty, racialization, community social capital, early intervention services, child care, culturally relevant supports. Interaction between the individual and their environment: a restriction of functioning, activities or participation due to environmental barriers or a lack of support that facilitates participation.
