Since t. obs > t. crit (or p < a), we reject the null hypothesis. The sample data provide strong evideince that the zika vrial load is different from the common flue. Answer: one-sample t-test because we are taking a sample and comparing it to a fixed frequency. In the example t-test earlier in the lecture, the t-critical was about -1.
