Meritocracy- a hierarchical ranking and reward system in which someones demonstrated performance determines where they will end up in the hierarchy and the ones at the top are more rewarded than the ones at the bottom. Achievemnet rather than inheritant advantages such as gender. Social arrangement should allow individuals to persue their wants and interest freely through their talents and skills.
