Relationship is central to the social construction of the social relations of labour process. At micro level of relationship employee with specifc skills knowledge with specific goals desires are hired. Loss of autonomy, impairment, and freedom cause of work at micro level. Messel level and represent the social costs of paid work at macro social level. Macro level- employer and employee opportunities are shaped by resource distribution that gives some opportunity to be employee and others employee. Money does not allow some to be at higher position.
