The big 5 might be missing cultural specific qualities. Tendency to use people, be deceitful, be manipulative. Use other as a means to an end. Personality and behaviour are shaped by powerful forces in consciousness, most of which is hidden from our awareness in our consciousness. Unconscious mind cast powerful, inaccessible, operates without your permission.
