Brain structure: right hemisphere: in charge of spatial abilities, face recognition and processing music and helps us comprehend visual imagery, left hemisphere: dominant in language, processing what you hear and handling most of the duties of speaking. Also in charge of carrying out logic and exact mathematical computations: the brainstem, cerebellum and hypothalamus are found in the middle or midline of the brain.
