Dx earlier in life, bilateral (both side) worse in morning, wakeup hurting. Wakeup in morning and can"t move, worse in morning and improve during the day, get full range of motion back and start painting again vicious cycle. Young pt w. joint pain not arthritis. Think cardiovascular lecture (muscle pain w. activities = not be muscle, but cardio clogucation*: muscles: pain (pqrst), cramps, weakness. Seen a lot in static medication (med for cholesterol) *fibromyogia: wide spread muscle pain & fatigue lasting 3month+.
