Setting the stage for liberal capitalism: immigration, 1760-1850. They didn"t leave records so it"s hard to know what happened too many of these people. Currently experiencing one of its many crises: a pre-condition of liberal capitalism. Much of bna was sparsely populated, was not a solid foundation which could not support a new social formation. Britain had a surplus of people, the dense settlement of immigrants from throughout the british world was needed. Start to see the emergence of liberal capitalism when people from the first industrial capitialist country immigrated over here: europe shovels out its paupers. Some first went to big cities after being kicked off their land, those cities couldn"t hold these people and they were shipped over here.
