There is a huge debate between groups divided between those who seek reassignment surgeries and those who argue against capitulation to gender binarism. The confusion that persists within conversations about transsexuality in terms of its relationship to gender norms, victimization, other forms of body modification, cosmetic surgery, marginalization, and gender transgression.
