Multiple positive interactions will lead to positive emotions and will lead to group cohesion identity. Group members develop mutual dependence because they develop a mutual. Group members are in the process of reinforcing each others identities. Highly cohesive groups tasked with a decision try to minimize conflict by settling on a single idea/option. Other people may keep coming back in order to be accepted.
