Justice: perceptions that a social arrangement or distribution is fair". Who individuals compare themselves to in order to determine what is fair. There is a perception that things are fair. Ex. one friend never buys a round when friends go out. Perceptions of what is fair might change from one situation to another. Attraction - how attractive an individual is to a group. Liking - how much the individual likes the group. Staying - how much individual wants to stay a part of a group. If you have all these 3 things you have strong cohesion. Multiple positive interactions will lead to positive emotions and will lead to group cohesion identity. Group members develop mutual dependence because they develop a mutual. Group members are in the process of reinforcing each others identities. Highly cohesive groups tasked with a decision try to minimize conflict by settling on a single idea/option. Other people may keep coming back in order to be accepted.
