January 15th: as more adults live with parents the social stigma attached to this living arrangement is eroded/reduced. People who have children and require care giving support. People who cannot support themselves or their families alone. Children have support from multiple adults in one household. Parents enjoy having their children home despite them being an adult whether that be due to company or domestic labour assistance. Social safety net the family supports each other in different ways. Not always because of economic security sometimes due to cultural heritage preservation. In the absence of wider social support many canadians facing economic insecurity seek unconventional living and care arrangements. Such as more than one family living under one roof. Not much affordable childcare so people go to privatized informal care. Summary: greater opportunities for families and intimate relationships. Some choices and decisions are out of their hands and are made by other people.
