Gay men obviously couldn"t have sex due to stigma and all that, so had sex in a public bathroom with a lookout for police and etc. He lied and told the gay men that he was a health person who was doing surveys or something, so he could really see how these gay men have come along within the last year. Tremendous deception and exposed the men to crazy risks (e. g. death) Men who participated in research were told they had a blood problem not sti and when a cure for it came out, they were not told of the cure and didn"t treat them. If they participated in study were promised help, but did not get any. Disease was left untreated and lead to death, spread their disease to their partners and kids and this is passed between generations.
