Could deteriorate society: could be fixed by changing human mate choices. Individuals with heritable disorders (not smart people) or constitutionally feeble should be banned from breeding. If you have any sort of physical or mental disorder shouldn"t be allowed to breed. Breed out undesirable in human society: better people should be encouraged to breed more. 1907 1930 usa: forced compulsory sterilisation of criminals and mental defectives , started to stop these people from breeding, 12 000 sterilisations, sterilizing things that we consider normal today (ex. Immigration restriction act 1924: usa restricted immigration from southern and eastern europe, people from east part of world were considered intellectually inferior.
