Looking at evoluionary aspects of sex - from an evoluionary aspect, sex is for reproducion and the survival of genes. We have a biological force that leads us to behave in certain ways. From the perspecive of having a sex drive. Who are we likely to mate with, etc. What is it, what is it good for, etc. Just things we do not talk about it, its embarrassing, etc. Also because its taboo, it poses interest to everyone. Was a prude, thought it was morally disgusing - shouldn"t do it, shouldn"t enjoy it, and shouldn"t do it if it doesn"t lead to reproducion. Believed that circumcision on the adult men should be done without anestheic, so that they will associate pain with sexual desire and not have sex anymore. Thought that a bland diet would make people not want to have sex (made corn lakes)
