These people are very low on avoidance of intimacy, they are going to grasp at closeness. In their childhood they got a taste of intimacy and they want to make sure they have it: they are very high on anxiety. This is because mom was inconsistently there, mom was there then all of a sudden she was not. People seem to care then they leave, so you have to do something to hang on to these people. In order to feel good about themselves they cannot be rejected, they need other people to show love to have a sense of self acceptance. This causes them to be completely preoccupied and obsessed with their relationships.
