Those individuals now look at the world- be perception/be cognition, de cognition active and allow them to express values- be values striving, be cognition; passive and receptive. Seeing requires attn, describing de cognition, another times of seeing requiring a letting go, describing walking with a camera and w/o. Drawn to sit where they can rise beyond the tendency to dichotomize things. The sense of being fully absorbed in the moment; mindfullness. Simplify our lives to the things that are really impt in it. Can see a great deal in very little. Much more common in children than in adults; childlike +"ve sides of being a kid. Seeing meaning, purpose, info in small things, e. g. lsd trip. E. g. studying in may (effortful), pick up ball (effortless, even though it physically is effort it. Even if its hard to it with ease psychologically isnt) Ind that are self actualized see the joy in life (v. impt part of buddhist psychology)
