Original research question is (almost) always needed. At least 10 sources, but it depends. Why is this an important area for research: be researchable. It must (for this assignment at least) be capable of being answered through empirical study: be innovative. In the sense of providing new answers to new questions. Or providing new answers to old questions. Be certain to avoid some of the common logical errors that can affect your research question: begging another question, false dichotomies, fictional questions, tautologies. Catch 22 situation: how to do a literature (lit. ) review if you do not have a question, how to get a question if you haven"t done a lit. review. Think of questions that you could ask. Find lit on migrate as a topic. See if there is lit at a large scale, and see if applicable locally. E. g. start with a topic : development. Development > mfa > organization > etc.
