Roles for the case: team coordinator . *will be expected to rotate thru these roles. Scenario 1 gun control in presidential and parliamentary systems. An important focus of comparative politics is explaining why political outcomes vary. This week, you will consider why australia has strict gun control laws and the usa does not. Australia is a parliamentary system, that until 1996, has fairly lax gun control legislation.
