A process that people are making decisions but are not considering the range of consequences/context can create innocent mistakes; yet can create big consequences. Sgarro considers airbnb to create a community of trust that airbnb relies on. Sharing profile pictures to show that a real person is staying in a house. Photos create a simple manner of creating trust. Airbnb entering into a context all over the world where they operate temporary and long term renting that leads to discriminatory practices.
