Predictions: this is a global trend that will continue for the next 40-90 years. But with important regional variation: bulks of the worlds civil armed conflict in the next 50 years will be concentrated in africa and south asia . British hgo, brings together 60 people from 20 centuries to discuss the future of global conflict. More and more violence wil be directed towards civilians. World bank estimates that 1. 2 billioon people live in fragile enviorments conflict will be simultaneously global and local and this number double by 2030.
