Will post study guide by wednesday including readings for exam. Colour code study guide: black definitely on test, blue might want to hold off on readings if you have other stuff you need to be working on. Counter culture finding other ways of being in the world, not necessarily following in. Wammy bar footsteps of parents, or acquisition of goods: were there other ways of being in the world, 1969 put to the test. Got invited to woodstock but couldn"t go (had other tour commitments) Heard how successful it was and decided to hold their own woodstock in. Could have been woodstock except for two things: woodstock was held on a farm. Way more people showed up to woodstock than was expected which wasn"t a big deal cause it was in the middle of the country. Everyone had space: altamont was held in a speedway (a racing track; one way in only)
