Pillars mainly have to do with patient & treatments. Opinions from the department on wait time, etc. Where we do most of the research - where we have the most control. 1 group of patients getting a treatment, & other getting another type & you compare the 2 of them. Control = # of ppl in the study. Looked at 5 studies (meta-analysis), all showing a positive result of treatment. Design a research question that could change practice.
