What is inside the box this is addressed by asking questions about the properties of the objects in the box. Form several hypotheses about the characteristics of the objects. A presenter from each group will summarize the characteristics of the contents of their box and formally state the hypotheses that they tested. They will then step through their specific experiment, results and conclusion for one of these hypotheses. Go back to your groups and propose two new hypotheses for further testing. These are experiments that cannot be performed with the tools/techniques in the room. Once again, each group will present their proposal to the class.
