These are all hypotheical constructs (ie. is an explanatory variable that is not actually observed) Take a quesionnaire to classify you into a category. Increase energy to turn others as an extroversion or turn inwards are introversion. Those who take in informaion in a creaive way (intuiion) or pragmaic way (sensing) When making decisions those who seek harmony are feeling and those who seek objecive truth are thinking. Those who prefer to get closure and act are judging and those who stay open and adapt are perceiving. There is more to us than just our personality characterisics! Ask people who they thought it diferent personaliies. Type a: compeiive, senior partners, 83 of them. Type b: not compeiive, happy, accountants, 83 of them. Type c: not compeiive, unhappy, blink, men from homeless shelter, 46 of them.
