It"s being secreted as chyme comes into the intestines but it does not digest the macronutrients. Bile helps shrink the size of the chyme for digestion to be done quickly. Reabsorbed in the ileum - comes back to the blood - sent to the liver - more signal to the bile therefore more secretion into the liver. Bile enters the bile caniculi - form together to form hepatic duct (hepatic triad) - form together to left/right hepatic duct - form together to common hepatic duct - common bile duct. If there is no reason of bile to be secreted it goes to the gall bladder. If there is a reason for secretion then it goes to the hepatopancreatic ampulla and then duodenum. Lactase breaks up lactose - lactase enzyme is lacking. The function of the enzyme lactase is missing. Why wouldn"t this work? when you swallow this it enters the stomach and the ph will denature it.
