Connective tissue are made up of extracellular matrix and cellular components. Lactic acid is being sent to the liver which changes it into glucose. Heat produced by the muscle can be harmful if it is captivated within the body. Limit loss of blood from the system by tissue repair and clotting. Top portion in yellow - fluid portion of the blood - plasma - extracellular component of connective tissue. 2% other solutes - ions, nutrients, waste products, gases and regulatory substances. Bottom portion in red - formed elements components - cellular component of connective tissue. Little middle portion in white - buffy coat. Colloid - things that are within it stays suspended within the liquid. Fatty acids are hydrophobic so it binds to this albumin protein to be transported. Most of the antibodies found in our body are in the form of globulins. 3 forms: alpha, beta and gamma - different functions.
