Crossing over happens at decussation (crossing) of pyramids (right side brain = left side body) Olives: right and left, lateral to pyramids, grey matter, balance, coordination, modulation of sound. Pons: on top of medulla, p shaped thing, has a bulge, carries info. Anterior: pontine nuclei: coomunication between cerebrum and cerebellum. Posterior: cranial nerves 5-8 (v, vi, vii, viii) Midbrain: on top of pons, bulge on opposite side, between diencephalon and pons.
