(feeling they have a purpose reduces risk) Is there a suicide safety plan? (identify a safe space, list of contacts & professional help) Identify and describe the main treatment options for mi. Identify and describe adaptations of cbt in elders. Prior history of the response to medication. History of first degree relatives" response to medications.
