Our idea of someone having a mental illness is fluid: always changing, depend on the rest of societies (what the rest of society looks like and holds to be important) Evidence that being closer to nature is a good thing for mental health stereotype. People in groups doing things idea of belonging is important = good mental health. Mental disorders are characterized by their effect on: thought, how you think, behaviour, how you behave, mood, how you feel.
