Glacial drift: the idea that glaciers pick up things as they drift and that stuff just stays there when they melt. Eskers: they have been exposed one the ice melts, they are essentially a stream bed. Drumlins: more stream lined compared to the eskers. The drawing is of the ice in the direction it is going in. The town of hamilton as it was 4 years ago the north is on the side. The dark line is the niagrara escapment and the wealthy people built on the higher places and we see the irquois there is where dundern is and the nakesake guy is by the iraqouis bar and by the escarpment. The record high and low can occur in consecutive years. Climate we care about the precipitation and the temperature. Proximity to larger bodies of water- the closer to the water the weather is more moderating influence on the weather. The further away you get the greater the extremes.
